DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
Construction of a building of 17 apartments with 2 to 5 rooms, on Conesa street, between Céspedes and Zabala.
The project is located on a plot 3 blocks from Colegiales station on the General Bartolomé Miter Railway line and 8 blocks from the Olleros D subway line station.
The complex has underground parking, amenities such as a heated pool, deck and solarium for common use, a multipurpose room and permanent security service.
Concrete finishing touches allowed for a minimalist design which requires low maintenance. The partition walls between units are solid masonry.
The units have aluminum frames with double glazed windows and heated underfloor for extreme interior comfort and low energy consumption. All have terraces with wooden deck floors, aluminum railings with safety glass and independent grills.
The facade of the building stands back from the municipal line, separating it from any noise from the street. The apartments are 62, 92 and 110 m2 on the ordinary floors and in duplexes with individual pools and a penthouse of 184 m2
