The renovation of Plaza de la Cruz in Corrientes blends modern features with the square’s historical design. The project included new paved walkways, energy-efficient LED lighting, updated urban furniture, designated areas for children’s play, fitness equipment, and public event spaces. Additionally, a new irrigation system was installed, and two symbolic monuments were constructed from reinforced concrete, clad in 2 cm-thick, mirror-polished green San Francisco granite.
