National Road 18 is part of the Bi-Oceanic Corridor and links the principal towns in the departments of the province of Entre Rios; Paraná, Villaguay, San Salvador and Concordia. The construction of this highway will help speed up freight transport and benefit the trade relationship between the Mercosur countries and Chile.

DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
The works under this contract are part of the future highway linking the cities of Paraná and Concordia in Entre Rios Province.
Section IV is 61.88 km long, and 24.48 km correspond to the new road surface; so that lanes had to be built for traffic in both directions, making the necessary expropriations. The project covers a total of 86.36 km in terms of building a new road.
In addition to the tasks involved in building the new road, the work involved moving fences, a pipeline and a power line, as well as placing metal guardrails, horizontal lines, vertical signage and lighting.
National Route 18, which links the capitals cities of Paraná, Villaguay, San Salvador and Concordia Apartments, is part of of the bi-oceanic corridor and therefore, the construction of this highway will speed up freight transport and benefit the trade relationship between Mercosur countries and Chile.
