Compliance with an instrumented quality policy involves continuous improvement processes beginning with the active participation of all staff and suppliers, supplying training on an individual basis and as part of the organization as a whole.
Another objective of the company’s Quality Management System is to improve construction and financial processes so as to provide adequate human and technological resources in terms of both quantity and quality, so that the company can perform its activities in the most efficient way possible.

ENVIRONMENT
Panedile seeks to develop environmentally-sustainable projects, ensuring maximum efficiency in the use of the resources which it employs in its own projects and those of other companies and customers
For this purpose, the organization has designed an environmental policy based on environmental preservation by documenting, implementing and monitoring an environmental management system (EMS) following the guidelines enshrined in the ISO 14000 standard.
The implementation of this policy considers the following commitments: Ensuring the enforcement of the EMS throughout the company, for hydraulic, road, rail, port, mining and construction projects in general.
Actively preventing contamination by means of continuous improvement initiatives at each stages in the projects implemented by the company. Ensuring compliance with current legislation and other environmental requirements to which the organization adheres voluntarily in each of its projects. Developing a reference framework to set and review environmental objectives and targets applicable to the company and all stakeholders. Disseminate all of the company’s commitments among its staff, customers, contractors and the community.
In all our projects we work according to the guidelines of the International Standard ISO 14001: Environmental Management Systems, achieving a sound environmental performance by controlling the impact of our activities according to our environmental policy and objectives.

HEALTH AND SAFETY
We are committed to providing safe and healthy working conditions for all workers, subcontractors, and third parties involved in our projects and worksites. To support this commitment, we operate an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) certified under ISO 45001. This system is based on the identification, assessment, and control of the hazards and risks associated with our activities, ensuring compliance with current legislation and all other applicable requirements.
Our Health, Safety and Environment team, working closely with Occupational Health and on-site staff, plans, implements and monitors all preventive measures. We actively encourage worker participation and consultation in decisions related to OHSMS.
We have experienced professionals in place across all our projects and sites to identify risks, implement controls, and promote a strong safety culture.
We’re committed to continuously improving our OHSMS system through regular reviews, ongoing training and the adoption of best practices, with the goal of ensuring safe and healthy workplaces for everyone.
