DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Civil and architectural works were carried out for a building complex consisting of a central tower building 25 stories high, and two lateral buildings of 13 stories high each.
In the central tower twelve floors were built to house two functional units each, ten floors with one single apartment and a duplex of 1,200 m2 at the crown. The side blocks were built with six functional units each (five duplex and one triplex).
These are reinforced concrete structures which have been executed without any beams apparent, while the columns are located in such a way as to allow for greater freedom in adapting different rooms and living spaces.
The three buildings are linked by underground garages on 4 levels with capacity for 82 cars.
The provisions adopted and the development of convenient access areas and wide open spaces with connection to Av. Del Libertador bestow a particular aesthetic on the complex and ensure that all the apartments have full exposure to air and sunlight, as well as the possibility of enjoying the excellent views of the woods and gardens of Palermo
