The basic project consists of the rehabilitation of an existing pump station to pump new flow through the main sewer, pushing the liquids through a new pipeline to the treatment effluent plant which is of the Activated sludge and anaerobic sludge digestion type.
The work will benefit more than 250,000 inhabitants of Santiago del Estero and ensure the environmental care of the Río Dulce

DESCRIPTION OF WORKS
The basic project consists of rehabilitating an existing pump station to pump new liquid flow through the main sewer, pushing the liquids through a new pipeline to the treatment effluent plant. Once treated, the liquids are destined for the Dulce river via discharge into the Viano channel adjacent to the plant. The first construction stage plant consists of two processing modules each of 27,000 m3/day, making a total of 54,000 m3/day.
